سوره 2 البقرة, آیه 227

وَإِنْ عَزَمُوا الطَّلَاقَ فَإِنَّ اللَّهَ سَمِيعٌ عَلِيمٌ
And if they decide on divorce - then indeed, Allah is Hearing and Knowing.
