سوره 21 الأنبياء, آیه 95

وَحَرَامٌ عَلَىٰ قَرْيَةٍ أَهْلَكْنَاهَا أَنَّهُمْ لَا يَرْجِعُونَ
And there is prohibition upon (the people of) a city which We have destroyed that they will (ever) return
