1. كَذَّبَتْ قَوْمُ لُوطٍ الْمُرْسَلِينَ

   The people of Lot denied the messengers

   26:160

2. إِذْ قَالَ لَهُمْ أَخُوهُمْ لُوطٌ أَلَا تَتَّقُونَ

   When their brother Lot said to them, "Will you not fear Allah?

   26:161

3. إِنِّي لَكُمْ رَسُولٌ أَمِينٌ

   Indeed, I am to you a trustworthy messenger.

   26:162

4. فَاتَّقُوا اللَّهَ وَأَطِيعُونِ

   So fear Allah and obey me.

   26:163

5. وَمَا أَسْأَلُكُمْ عَلَيْهِ مِنْ أَجْرٍ ۖ إِنْ أَجْرِيَ إِلَّا عَلَىٰ رَبِّ الْعَالَمِينَ

   And I do not ask you for it any payment. My payment is only from the Lord of the worlds.

   26:164

6. أَتَأْتُونَ الذُّكْرَانَ مِنَ الْعَالَمِينَ

   Do you approach males among the worlds

   26:165

7. وَتَذَرُونَ مَا خَلَقَ لَكُمْ رَبُّكُمْ مِنْ أَزْوَاجِكُمْ ۚ بَلْ أَنْتُمْ قَوْمٌ عَادُونَ

   And leave what your Lord has created for you as mates? But you are a people transgressing."

   26:166

8. قَالُوا لَئِنْ لَمْ تَنْتَهِ يَا لُوطُ لَتَكُونَنَّ مِنَ الْمُخْرَجِينَ

   They said, "If you do not desist, O Lot, you will surely be of those evicted."

   26:167

9. قَالَ إِنِّي لِعَمَلِكُمْ مِنَ الْقَالِينَ

   He said, "Indeed, I am, toward your deed, of those who detest (it).

   26:168

10. رَبِّ نَجِّنِي وَأَهْلِي مِمَّا يَعْمَلُونَ

    My Lord, save me and my family from (the consequence of) what they do."

    26:169

11. فَنَجَّيْنَاهُ وَأَهْلَهُ أَجْمَعِينَ

    So We saved him and his family, all,

    26:170

12. إِلَّا عَجُوزًا فِي الْغَابِرِينَ

    Except an old woman among those who remained behind.

    26:171

13. ثُمَّ دَمَّرْنَا الْآخَرِينَ

    Then We destroyed the others.

    26:172

14. وَأَمْطَرْنَا عَلَيْهِمْ مَطَرًا ۖ فَسَاءَ مَطَرُ الْمُنْذَرِينَ

    And We rained upon them a rain (of stones), and evil was the rain of those who were warned.

    26:173

15. إِنَّ فِي ذَٰلِكَ لَآيَةً ۖ وَمَا كَانَ أَكْثَرُهُمْ مُؤْمِنِينَ

    Indeed in that is a sign, but most of them were not to be believers.

    26:174

16. وَإِنَّ رَبَّكَ لَهُوَ الْعَزِيزُ الرَّحِيمُ

    And indeed, your Lord - He is the Exalted in Might, the Merciful.

    26:175

17. كَذَّبَ أَصْحَابُ الْأَيْكَةِ الْمُرْسَلِينَ

    The companions of the thicket denied the messengers

    26:176

18. إِذْ قَالَ لَهُمْ شُعَيْبٌ أَلَا تَتَّقُونَ

    When Shu'ayb said to them, "Will you not fear Allah?

    26:177

19. إِنِّي لَكُمْ رَسُولٌ أَمِينٌ

    Indeed, I am to you a trustworthy messenger.

    26:178

20. فَاتَّقُوا اللَّهَ وَأَطِيعُونِ

    So fear Allah and obey me.

    26:179

21. وَمَا أَسْأَلُكُمْ عَلَيْهِ مِنْ أَجْرٍ ۖ إِنْ أَجْرِيَ إِلَّا عَلَىٰ رَبِّ الْعَالَمِينَ

    And I do not ask you for it any payment. My payment is only from the Lord of the worlds.

    26:180

22. أَوْفُوا الْكَيْلَ وَلَا تَكُونُوا مِنَ الْمُخْسِرِينَ

    Give full measure and do not be of those who cause loss.

    26:181

23. وَزِنُوا بِالْقِسْطَاسِ الْمُسْتَقِيمِ

    And weigh with an even balance.

    26:182

24. وَلَا تَبْخَسُوا النَّاسَ أَشْيَاءَهُمْ وَلَا تَعْثَوْا فِي الْأَرْضِ مُفْسِدِينَ

    And do not deprive people of their due and do not commit abuse on earth, spreading corruption.

    26:183
